    Formalised training plans for first-line, mid-level and senior managers, with progression criteria, assessment and a recognised PMU credential at the end.

  1. 01 · Brief

    A working session with your leadership team to understand the strategic objective, the capability gap, the constraints, and the calendar.

  2. 02 · Design

    Faculty and Expert Board members assemble the curriculum, the seminar series, the assessment, and the credential against your brief — typically within three weeks.

  3. 03 · Deliver

    Live and asynchronous sessions on PMU's online platform, with a named programme lead from PMU for the duration of the engagement.

  4. 04 · Hand-off

    Assessment of outcomes, credentials issued under the institutional seal, and a transition document for your L&D team so the work stays in your organisation.

What makes the partnership different.

Three structural choices about how we run corporate engagements.

  • Practising faculty

    The instructors are the same Global Expert Board that teaches in the executive programmes — Netflix, the World Economic Forum, Magna International, Schneider Electric. Not lecturers reciting old case studies.

  • Single-client cohorts

    We do not blend your team into an open-enrolment cohort. The conversation is yours; the case material is yours; the recommendations leave the room with your team.

    On successful completion, participants receive a recognised PMU credential under the institutional seal. It is on their record and on yours.
